Could you share your system specs?
If this is isolated, then i think user side configuration is better rather global configuration as it would need to be enabled at build time.
Hi, I've found the application slow to respond to my key presses (Maybe one second). Though after turning on the setting in Permissions, the response time was improved to maybe a 1 ms and as I think it improves the usability of the application, I think it should be enabled by default.
