1F567: short hand between twelve and one #465

Make the short hand point between twelve and one in the twelve-thirty emoji.

On the Emojipedia page for the twelve-thirty emoji we can see that some designs do this, while some point straight up at the twelve.

Here's what the suggested version looks like:
