Implements yarn docs which will

autogenerate API docs, copy them into docs/2-API
regenerate the documentation sidebar from the markdown folders and files found in docs (e.g. 1-Guides will be traversed)

Additionally the docs folder contains index.html which uses docsify to load and index the markdown docs. docsify includes a full-text search
