Doesn't work with recent tinyxml2 #22

libtinyxml2-dev is now at version 4.x in many distros, which makes it incompatible with hfst-ospell.

I looked briefly into this a while ago, and the required changes seemed small and trivial (renamed constants). It should not be a big task to update hfst-ospell to support newer versions of tinyxml2.
