Updated all coordinates and screenshots.

I initially started from the old data format and then did an update to the new data format. This screwed up the diffs a bit, since now every line was changed when compared to the old data format, while in fact many lines are unchanged compared to their Black equivalent.
The Daycare Store screenshot has not yet been updated because I have yet to reach the Daycare in my playthrough. :stuck_out_tongue: I'll get on it later. :wink:

This should also implement #28 with the new "Overworld > TM Teach" screen.

This does not fix #30. Most of the new fly locations are simply appended to the list, and the Join Avenue hitbox is just a rectangle. I didn't notice the overlap, so that will need fixing.

Not a problem, obviously nicer diffs would be nicer but I'm not too worried :wink:

Just to clarify, are the comments in data.js (e.g. // Almost the same as "Summary") from HeartGold still relevant?

Yes, those are still correct.

"Use item on" uses the same layout as "Pokémon" in battle.
"Summary" is still almost identical to "Check Moves", it simply doesn't have the Move buttons.
"Use" still becomes "Walk" when already on a bike.
"Give" still becomes "Read" when holding mail.
