Ignore only some “Cancel” and “Quit” buttons #75

To make graph.html less cluttered, we currently ignore “Cancel” buttons if their id is x and “Quit” buttons if their ref isn’t END.

However this makes PC › Continue have no incident nodes.

This fixes otx › ob, oox › oO, pdq › pq, and pwq › pq by requiring the reverse edge to exist.

Follow-up: Write a blurb about what criteria cause an edge to be omitted from the graph.
