[cal] ICS for public stura events #116

Calendar should show public stura events too. Bootstrap context color primary

it is possible to add unlimited ical calendars to the config. only the special coloring is limited to

I know - I myself implemented that :smile_cat: But is there an ICS feed for the Stura events?
