teachers panel: group results display should show student names #17

The group results display should also show student names (not github user names), and should provide a link to the groupX github repo. The student names could perhaps be shown underneath the group name or in the dropdown menu.

Solved in commit b395eb8eb516b61e0efb25559089f9f183d1e68a and 955928cfc31daa6faaf7aa523922a8d46dde7102

Prints the users name from the groups member object and supply a new link to github in the menu.
