score-board: add a sound to make it more appealing to visit the score board #23

In Kahoot! there is a sound of "drama" when playing, but also when viewing the score board. It would be fun to add some sounds to it to make it more exciting. And perhaps play a different tune if the user is on the top-3 list ;-)
