give student team read access to labs and glabs #43

When signing up new students, they are added to the students team, but it seems that labs (and possibly glabs) were not added as users of the labs repo with read access.

I tested this less than a week ago, and it checked out to function as intended for current implementation. The list of repos will however disappear if you delete one of them and create it again afterwards.
