Slipdays don't start counting before one day after the deadline #62

A student who submited on October 2nd when the deadline was the 1st, stil havn't used any slipdays. Delivering on October 3rd would give 1 slipday (not 2)

There is a 3 hour wait before the slip day kicks in, and the times used to calculate the slip days are the push times when this is notified to AG. Can any of this be the cause for your problems?

Not sure how slip days are implemented, but here is a suggestion: Only start to count slip days if an exercise is below the 60% passing level. We should add passing level to the configuration of a course.
