When a student clicks on either 'Random group´ or 'Submit new group´ button on 'Group registration´page, the student action is blindly accepted and registered by the Autograder. Instead a confirmation dialog such as 'Are you sure´ or 'Review your group selection´ or 'Do you want to confirm your selection?´with the submitted information when patched to the page will be convenient and helpful for both student (avoids accidental submission or wants to amend the submitted group information) and teacher (avoids unnecessary requests from students to either reject accidental actions or if there is an amendment to the submitted group information).
