Manual start of CI on different labs #9

If students wants to improve a previous lab, or start on a later lab assignment before it is approved, they should be able to start up this manually.

Maybe we should write a brief comment when closing an issue that has been solved?

Agree. When closing we supply the commit tag and a brief explanation on how it was solved.

Issue #9 solved in a561f8415b0a4691e2331a9dc738fc9524301f02. A url can now be called to trigger a "fake" trigger event on the continuous integration.
