Refactor helpers to be more OOP-Ruby-ish #26

We could move the only_talks methods (and the others) to Array and Item. This should be fixed before the site goes live, I think.

Closing because I think this is not necessary. The codebase is rather clean I think, so no need to introduce more code / boilerplate.
