Fixes #71 - makes logger optional in GlobalLogConfig;
Fixes #75 by removing printLog and replacing it with logger from assembled configs;
Removes code property from GlobalLogConfig since it is not used anywhere;
Makes use of status and statusText properties from GlobalLogConfig.
