Into what is needed for everything, and what is only needed for anki_add (probably at least deck::name, and model::name). At some point, you should be able to add to different model+deck+contentfield+qidfield combinations

This means decoupling, what is needed for ark add vs what is needed for ark match / ark browse, etc.
