Update to mobile-detect version 2.8.33 (2019-02-2018) #88

Made some updates to pull in latest tablets/phones, etc. based on v. 2.8.33 of mobile-detect: https://github.com/serbanghita/Mobile-Detect/blob/master/Mobile_Detect.php
