Move module loading from 'Calculate' menu to a popup under "+" button in the toolbar #6

The "+" button should become a popup menu button, which pops up a menu with Module menu items (including "Cryo-EM", 'Refine", "Restraints" and others), much like the popup for Mutate and Refine menu buttons.

5 should be done before this.
