当我先下载一个5M的文件之后，在下载什么都是会报416，如果每次下载不超过5M 就可以一直下载

hello @xiangnideye closing this pull request, it seems this includes only the forceResume option, this is already available in the latest version, please upgrade your fork with latest version from master branch so you can ge all features
