Demographics checkbox behavior #5

Hello everyone,

I am going to work on hMixer for some time, mostly around minor look/scaling/css adjustments. I have a noticed this small bug in the behavior of the completion checkboxes.

So basically, the checkbox should become checked after the submit button is pressed to indicate a successful completion; as of now the checkboxes are checked even without submitting the scores.

Also the "% Complete" should only update upon submitting. Currently if you just toggle between Male and Female it'll update the % complete and check off that demographic.
