FilterBuilder is broken in latest build

FilterBuilder doesnt work on newest smartgwt build rev 1043. Only add and
remove buttons are visible but not any criterias.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create datasource and listgrid
2. Create filter builder
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
FilterBuilder should work normally. It doesnt show up correctly. Criterias
are missing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gwt 1.7.1, SmartGwt rev 1043, Win Xp, Hosted mode + firefox + chrome

Please provide any additional information below.
Rev 1032 seems to work but from changing from rev 1043 to 1032 you must
clean all resources used to get it back working. Developer console doesn't
show any errors.
