can't move cursor in edit fields on the form (keyboard left, right button) #468

Can't move cursor in some edit fields (keyboard left, right button) -
visible even in showcase. 

To reproduce problem:
1. open: http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwt/showcase/#featured_master_detail
2. select "item name" edit field 
3. try to move left and right by keyboard

Tested on:
SmartGWT 2.2
IE6, FF3.6

I have the same problem. It behaves the same in IE 8 and Firefox 3.6. Arrow 
keys, page up/down keys and End/Home keys does not work in TextAreaItem or 
TextItem if they are placed in Window. If they are not in Window but in 
ordinary Layout it works OK. In Chrome everything works fine. 

I have noticed this behavior after upgrading to SmartGWT 2.2. In 2.1 it worked 
correct.

This is reproducible in SmartGWT showcase. 
http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwt/showcase/#featured_master_detail does work 
OK, but if you open 
http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwt/showcase/#featured_complete_app (click on 
Show Exapmple button) and then try to move cursor in most of form items on page 
(SKU, item, description etc) you won't be able to it in IE/Firefox while it 
will work in Chrome.

It was fixed in more recent builds of SmartClient.
Go to http://www.smartclient.com/builds/lgpl/ , download latest library and 
then locate .js files in SmartGWT 2.2 and replace them with those from the 
nightly build.

It is also fixed in latest SmartGWT build. I have tried and it works now.
