DateItem icon with wrong extension

please post on the SmartGWT forums first. Upon confirmation you'll be
advised to create an issue.

All issues require a minimal standalone test case with
an onModuleLoad() to be attached. You can modify an existing showcase
example if desired. Issues created without a standalone test case are
subject to being rejected after 7 days if no test case is present.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use TreeFrog skin
2. Create DateItem component

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Wrong extension of the image date_control, in the jar file the extension is
.gif

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SmartGwt 2.2

You probably have multiple skins loaded. Post your host html and module file. 
Note that the SmartGwt module 
loads the Enterprise skin.
