FilterBuilder i18n issue : top level operator is not translated #482

When used in bracket mode (the default one), the first operator's list is not 
localized.

Tested against version 2.2 and 2.0-SNAPSHOT (01 jul. 2010)

A maven project is attached : simply run "mvn gwt:run"
