IE8: ComboBox picker icon not alinged #505

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the attached test case

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The combo box picker icon is not aligned to the text box as it should be (see 
attached image).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SmartGWT 2.2, viewed on IE8 (compiled on Linux)

Please provide any additional information below.
The test case works as expected on Chrome, Firefox.
