FormItemHoverFormatter does not display on ButtonItem #508

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new ButtonItem for a DynamicForm
2. Add a FormItemHoverFormatter to the button
3. Go with mouse hover the button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the hover to be displayed correctly also over the button and not only 
over the cell.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SmartGWT 2.2
I can reproduce the problem on Firefox 3.6

Please provide any additional information below.
