Counting tests per expression #66

In a recent commits (r402-r406), test system extensions that count the
number of certain expressions have been added. The counts seem to be
aggregates over the entire set of test queries; I think it would be nice if
the test where actually able to tell *which* expression has rewrite
problems. This requires a set of counts per expression instead of per file.
