HUD pitch/roll lock/unlock options #7

I like the addition of the HUD pitch, however I felt like it might be more immersive for some of the visor mods out there if pitch/roll of the status bar were unlocked. Thus, this change adds settings under VR options for unlocking these axes.

Thanks, it is a good addition. I have only change defaults for both options to true. Somehow I am used to old settings.
