We should increase priority on this because mapzen will be unavailable after February 1, 2018.

From a 20 minute look, it seems like mapzen may not do much more than we already do with our OpenStreetMap importer. MapZen appears to be a website, some API's, and documentation to more easily access mapping information that comes from OpenStreetMap. MapZen doesn't appear to have a big database of its own. It just relays information that we could get from OpenStreetMap directly.

I backed up a 85MB archive of Toronto OpenStreetMap data in my personal Google Drive account. The site has several other large city dumps. We could piece together similar data using our OpenStreetMap tools later if needed but the backup seemed like a good idea anyway.
