@joshi1983 Just confirm me by running this on windows. If it works you are good to go ahead and merge.

I tested "composer cs" and "composer all" in my Windows 8.1 laptop and it works well now.

I also manually signed in, checked a few pages like the home, FAQ, and contact. I also tried running "php artisan migrate" with an empty database and no tables. No problems found.
