Chore - Update Encrypted GitHub Access Token #61

Context

Recently received an email by GitHub regarding potential security breach with Travis CI build logs. The access token used by this project was identified as part of the breach and the token was revoked immediately.

Definition of Done

Generate a new token and update the Travis configuration file to ensure builds keep working.

Travis CI confirmed to be working as normal.
