Subject of the issue

A sapling watch only account crashes when the address type is set to Orchard only

Your environment

version of YWallet: 1.3.3
platform and version: Android

Steps to reproduce

Import an account from zviewx...
Go to settings and select O as the only address receiver
Go to back to account page

Expected behaviour

App should show an error

Actual behaviour

App crashes
