Apply on windows 10 doesn't seem to work #137

Describe the bug

Fresh installed, I've just browsed and add or directly the file, or the folder, but when I presss apply, it stays there withouth closing the window nor applying anything (even if isn't crashing, isn't also working)

To Reproduce

just browse for something, add it and press apply. My configuration is 2 screens, one horizontal and the other vertical

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Desktop (please complete the following information): Windows 10 Last exe release, DEC 22

Idk if this would help but, instead of create a new profile, I've loaded an existent one (example 1 or 2, if I remember well their names... anyway those you could choose in the dropdown menù), and it worked! It needs 2-3 secs to apply each modification tho. Creating a new profile = hangup, loading a preloaded profile = works. At least for me
