Thanks for the suggestion, I think it's a nice idea. Would it suffice that the wallpaper regions would only be configured in text format as resolutions or should it have a graphical user interface?
I personally wouldn't mind having to type the resolutions in manually. I'm guessing it would be something like RegionN: (startX, startY, width, height)
For my example above, it would end up being something like this:
(0, 0, 1000, 1440)
(1000, 0, 1440, 1440)
(2440, 0, 1000, 1440)
I'm running an ultrawide monitor and have my windows set up in such a way that my main focus windows is in the middle and only takes up a portion of the screen. The result is that I see a large portion of my desktop at all times and I'd like to set images on the sides. A feature where I can set up multiple areas on each monitor, where each area can have separate slideshows would be awesome. Running Linux (Pop_OS) if relevant.
