Easier to read help #22

The new help should:

be nicer to look at
easier to take in at a glance
quick to find a specific thing that the user is looking for

I think the help should mostly be replaced by contextual help buttons, and more descriptive setting names. And by not showing redundant of conflicting settings concurrently.
