Show current / threshold value in message #29

Currently you cannot infer from the message what the threshold value of a rule is and what the current value is. It would be nice to include this information in the message (could be opt-in in the options). For example something like Too many dependencies ({CurrentValue} / {ThresholdValue}).

i just released my fork to the resharper gallery, because this project seems dead, feel free to contribute to my fork link - i added this issue :)
