hypercwd Breaks on Hyper v2 #45

On Hyper v2, this plugin crash.

I am seeing similar issues around ssh. I can log in but the command line is not shown. I am using WSL with zsh.

There's a simple fix for that: PR #44. Just need someone to merge the PR and release v1.2.3.

and it affects all Windows users.

I can't do anything with hyper if I enabled this package.
