Wrong checkout/import/export format in UG #2

The format for checkout command in UG is said to be "checkout [FILENAME]", since FILENAME is in squared brackets, it is optional according to section "Command Syntax Guide" in the UG. However, I try input "checkout", it fail with a error message "Invalid command format!". The same goes for import, export command.
