I don't see the IP changing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create proxy profile
2. Select proxy
3. Open http://www.ip-adress.com/

What is the expected output?
IP of proxy

What do you see instead?
My IP

Operating system:
Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP1 x64

Browser:
Google Chrome 8.0.552.237

Error Log:

Additional information:
I see changes in network properties, they seems correct. But when I open 
http://www.ip-adress.com/ I see my IP instead proxy.
E.g. "Switch Proxy" extension works good (but it does not have auto-switch).

"Proxy Switchy!" was tested at Windows XP SP3 with program "Proxy Switcher 4.7" 
installed.
Also it was tested at Windows Vista SP1 x64 without "Proxy Switcher" at new 
Chrome Profile.
