Size of GUI larger than my screen #1

I'm not sure if this is considered a "bug", but on my 13 inch laptop, the window opens larger than me screen, and I cannot resize it so it's a little weird! I'm using dell XPS 13 by the way. Perhaps you could allow resizing because I cannot even click the command box to type in had to change computer to test the rest
