Bug Fix: Unable to Load Chat Room List.

User Story

As a user, I want to be able to view the list of available chat rooms, so that I can choose which chat room to join and participate in.

The chat room list should be displayed upon navigating to the chat rooms page.
Each chat room should be listed with its name and relevant details.
The list should be populated with the latest data from the server.
Users should be able to see the list even after refreshing the page or navigating away and returning.
