Multipage OSM Notes index has multiple entries with same numbers #107

The OSM notes index was only designed for single page maps so far, when used with multi page layout the note numbers start with '1' again on each new page, and there is only map square location info without page number.

Also entries are not sorted numerically, e.g. "Note 1" is between "Note 19" and "Note 20".

Page numbers are now added, but the numbering and sorting is still broken.

Notes marker overlay also doesn't seem to work with multi page layout
