Better street index handling for Romania and Movovia (savannah bug 41789) #12

In Romania and Molvovia, every street start with:

Strada, meaning Street

Or Bulevardul, meaning Bulevard

Or Aleea, meaning alley

Or Piata, meaning Market

Or Calea, meaning something similar with Bulevard

That will generate a street index that have only street names at A,B, C, P and S

You can see in the example that i have attached.

I don`t know how to do this in http://wiki.maposmatic.org/doku.php?id=dev:i18n:i18n_support

So i am looking for you help :)

Aleea, Bulevardul, Calea, Piata, and Strada are now moved to the back of the name, and so not influencing the sort order. So e.g. "Strada Silvestru" now becomes "Silvestru, Strada"
