Extract attribution information from GPX and UMAP files #15

GPX and UMAP files can contain metadata about author, copyright, license, which should be included in the map footer text

Implemented now.

For GPX files copyright_author, copyright_year and copyright_license metadata properties are used, for UMAP files the shortCredit and license.name properties
