Allow to render other OSM objects by ID besides just admin boundaries #25

Right now it is assumed that the OSM ID passed in, if present, is an administrative boundary polygon, or at least a polygon area in general ...

It should be possible to also render other OSM objects referenced by their ID, I'm especially thinking of route relations, but it does not need to be limited to that ...
