Add "aliases" config filed #27

Sometimes a stylesheet is renamed, or replaced by a different one.

By adding an "aliases" list older style names can be mapped to other supported stylesheets. This way re-running old render requests from the database should not break anymore if an alias entry for that name still exits.

Example:

[german]
name: GermanCarto
aliases: GermanMapnik,OtherOldStyle
...
