Right now when trying to render large map areas with the street index enabled the index can be flooded with entries, up to the point where rendering fails as the number of entries exceeds the available rendering space even at the smallest font possible being used.
It would make much more sense to have index entries filterable by zoom level, e.g. below a certain zoom level it does not really make sense to generate street entries in the index anymore as these are no longer rendered in the actual map anyway.
