The actual map pages only starting on page 4, with page 1 being the title page, page 2 empty and page 3 the content overview, can be confusing.
So it may make sense to e.g. use roman numbers I to III for the "meta" pages in the front, and to only start with arabic 1 on the fourth page containing the actual first detail map page
