Redo the annotation / license footer

• [x] de-duplicate code
• [x] improve font size scaling, it comes out too large for large paper formats
• [x] replace (c) Maposmatic developers with created using Maposmatic
• [ ] clarify license of rendered files
• [x] reword or remove "may be outdated or incomplete" to sound more positive, or remove completely
• [ ] fix word wrap to not break URLs by splitting them and adding a hyphen in the middle
