Extract copyright info from GPX files for annotation footer #89

GPX file metadata can contain copyright information (author, license, year) that we should merge into the annotation footer.

When the author is "OpenStreetMap and Contributors" and the license points to the OSM license we can filter this out as that information is already in the footer anyway
